This sites provide digital products for sale, a membership site, private coaching and mentoring services, pediatric occupational therapy services, and educational programs and courses for professionals (the "Service").

These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICE
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to coaching, consulting and professional development are subject to change. Emily Marie OT makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Emily Marie OT disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.
ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Emily Marie OT will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our Refund Policy: We want all of you to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have any questions about what will be included in a service, product, program, membership, or course please reach out before purchasing as refunds will not be available for any service, product, program, membership, or course for sale on Emily Marie OT.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We work to describe and display our Products, Programs, and Services as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining our Products, Programs, and Services , please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Emily Marie OT, including copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
SOLICITATION POLICY
Solicitation of any kind is not permitted in services, including but not limited to courses, mentorship, and coaching. Emily Marie OT LLC was created to educate clients and potential referral sources and not a platform for self-promotion for its users. Solicitation or advertisement is not allowed in this forum. Should solicitation occur, you will be banned from future participation, removed immediately from a course or program, and forfeit all refunds.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
By purchasing a resource or service from Emily Marie OT LLC, you are agreeing that the contents are the property of Emily Marie OT LLC. There resources are licensed as a single user and can be used only for personal, classroom, or clinic setting.
You may: Use purchased items for classroom students, clinic clients and parents, or your own personal use; Reference products in blog posts, at seminars, professional development workshops, or other such venues provided there is both credit given to Emily Marie OT LLC, as the author and written permission has been given (emilymarieot@gmail.com).
You may not: Claim purchased work as your own; Sell the files or combine them into another unit for sale/free; Alter/edit files to remove content or credit in any way; Post documents for sale/free elsewhere on the internet, including google drive links on blogs.; Make copies of purchased items to share with others is strictly forbidden and is a violation of the terms of use and a violation of copyright laws. ; Obtain products by Emily Marie OT LLC through any of the channels listed above.

SERVICES, COURSES, AND MENTORSHIP
Payment is required prior to services rendered. Membership for coaching and mentoring services includes the following parameters: You may reschedule your session up to 12-hours prior to your appointment. Your mentor will wait for 10 minutes past your session time for you to arrive. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, you forfeit your scheduled appointment for that month. If you arrive within the 10-minute window, additional time will not be added onto the end of your session.
CHANGED TERMS
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
